News Letter 2 – 2015

Good day all Cross Country friends

We are move now closer to the start of the season and it is clear that everyone look forward to a great 2015 season.

Firstly I want to encourage all athletes to join a club. This will make it cheaper for athletes who is 13 years and older who need to buy a number but most important is it gives you identity. The only way to get a race number is by joining an affiliated club. There should be a club in your region and if you can’t find a club close to you, please contact the office who will be willing to help you.

The first league will start on the 18th of April 2015 and the venues will be:

Ngangala- No league

Gert Sebandi- No league

Ehlanzeni- Lydenburg High School (Morning Program). This will be a development league.

The second league in Nkangala is currently pending. It is a planned development league but we are still trying to finalise a venue. I will inform you on newsletter 3.

The third league will take place on the 2nd of May 2015 and the venues are:

Nkangala- Hockey Farm: Emalahleni (Witbank) (Morning Program)

Gert Sebandi- Piet Retief , (Morning Program)

Ehlanzeni- Great East, Bushbuck Ridge, (Morning Program)

Take note, the entry fee for 2015 will be R20 and the temporarily licence for the athletes 13 years and older who is not member of an affiliated club is R25.
